Booking and payment
A sitting is held only after payment is confirmed at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is due now and includes a checkout fee so the sitting price is what the studio receives. Add-ons you select are included in that total. Canvas frames start at 300 GH₵ and the final size is confirmed after the sitting. Prices are in Ghana cedis.
The sitting
Arrive on time with the wardrobe you want in frame. Session length follows the package you paid for. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the studio may shorten or close the sitting without a refund. Group size and location notes on the form help us prepare. They do not change the package unless we agree in writing.
Gallery and downloads
Finished photographs appear in your account after the studio releases them. The zip download stays open for seven days from release. After that window the zip is removed and the order is marked complete. Keep your own copy. The studio is not required to re-issue a closed zip.
Your account
Use the email from the booking to sign in, or continue with Google. Keep your password private. You may reset it from the sign-in page. Do not share gallery links that belong to another person.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the studio on 0204096630 or 0554073869 if you need to move a date. Changes depend on open slots. Refunds, if any, are at the studio's discretion and processed back through the original checkout.
Likeness and use
You own a personal-use license to the photographs in your package. Max Studios may use selected frames for studio portfolio, the website, and social posts unless you ask us in writing not to before the sitting. Commercial use by you needs a separate written agreement.
Messages
We send booking updates in the account, by email, and by SMS to the number you give us. You can ask us to stop marketing messages. We still send sitting and gallery notices tied to a paid order.
